My last rhinoplasty procedure – the patient had lost tip projection with a droop or shortening of nasal tip structures. So – she needed an augmentation of the nasal tip. We used her own tissues and fastened them to her nasal tip. Then, we gave her a smooth contour using collegeon – that integrated with tissues of her body. The skin looked much more smoother.
