Breast Implants in San Diego

Saline implant
- Non-filled saline implants - insertion through umbilical, peri-areolar or axillary (armpit)
- Pre-filled saline implants - insertion through axillary (armpit) only
The shells of the saline implants are made of silicone elastomer and the implants are filled with salt water either before or after the implant is placed in the body.
A variety of both round and teardrop shapes are available for all implants. Teardrop-shaped implants are uniformly textured to reduce rotation, while round implants are available in smooth or textured surfaces.
